@BoiledMilkz Practice, and look to improve. It takes a lot of time and effort to get good at art.
First and foremost, art should be fun and something you enjoy doing. Besides that, the first goal of an artist on Newgrounds is not to get front paged, it is to get scouted. Being scouted means your art will appear in the main gallery (the Art Portal). Scouted artists must have a reasonable quality to their art, however.
